Lead Qualifier | Brooklyn, NY $27-30/hour About the Role This role is the first point of contact for individuals reaching out about services, ensuring every call and website inquiry gets a prompt, professional response. The Lead Qualifier screens each inquiry against eligibility criteria, documents outcomes, and warmly hands off qualified leads to the Intake team turning a first conversation into a smooth start to the client journey. It's a role built for someone who thrives on structure, stays organized under a steady stream of inquiries, and can balance efficiency with genuine care in every interaction. Key Responsibilities Lead Intake & Qualification Answer incoming calls and respond to website inquiries in a timely, professional manner Confirm whether inquiries meet basic eligibility criteria for services Disqualify and document inquiries that don't meet criteria, providing appropriate resources when needed Handoff & Coordination Warm transfer qualified leads to the Intake Coordinator Participate in team meetings and contribute suggestions to improve department workflows Documentation & Reporting Document all lead dispositions in the designated Google Sheet or CRM Maintain accurate records of all calls and inquiries, including date/time, contact information, qualification result, insurance type, and current status Qualifications Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Sheets, or client management tools preferred Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment while working independently Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with compassion and professionalism Interested?
