You'll get embedded in clients' businesses, take the lead on projects that push growth, and untangle the people-related challenges holding teams back. It's hands-on, relationship-driven work with real ownership: you'll build your own client base and share directly in the results you create. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Meet with clients on-site and get embedded in their day-to-day operations Take ownership of client projects from start to finish Growth & Problem-Solving Push growth across client businesses and help sharpen KPIs and operations Tackle people-related challenges, from hiring to management Building Your Client Base Grow and manage your own book of business Get support with new-client leads, billing, and full training as you ramp up Qualifications Prior consulting experience or a background running a business Strong people skills and sharp instincts Organized, articulate, and self-directed Strong leadership presence HR and operations experience Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet clients on-site Interested?
